Intro:

I consider myself an experienced traveler, and I love to share my knowledge and passion for exploring. On this site you will find some fun and interesting things about the destinations I have traveled to. 

I believe it is important to understand what is beyond your front yard and to appreciate life each day.

The Why:

I enjoy learning and experiencing new things. When I travel I open my mind to what is in front of me. I understand that just because something is different does not mean there is something wrong. It is just different. I appreciate more when I travel. I feel more fulfilled and I have more fun with life. 

I am a firm believer in that whatever you do, make sure it is memorable. I believe the best memories are the ones you least expected, but you can’t have those moments if you don’t get out there and see the world.

My hope is for those that read this blog have fun and perhaps learn a thing or two about traveling for the places I write about. I hope to inspire that explorer in you. 

The Who:

I am a wife, a mom, a grandma, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. I enjoy meeting new people and learn about their lives. My sense of adventure and my passion for exploring are a huge part of who I am. 

I have been to forty states in the U.S. and I plan to see the rest. I moved to Europe and have been exploring here since the beginning of 2023.  I have not settled down to one place so my husband and I are playing the in and out of the Schengen Zone for now.
