I always wanted to be a Marine Biologist and was not able to pursue that path for many reasons. My career in Social Services was very fulfilling and I enjoyed helping people, but I am fascinated by marine animals. I know there are some bad practices in some aquariums, and I also believe there are some that are trying to provide care, rehabilitation, and education.

Valencia has the best aquarium in Europe and some of the most unique modern architecture I have seen. It was designed by Felix Candela and the park was a joy to walk through. I really enjoyed our afternoon there and can see why it is one of the top-rated things to do.
